Everything! Your staff is rude and not at all helpful, your membership plan is hard to cancel, your gym is uninviting, and lacks the unknowable staff to explain the equipment.

Out of the 20+ planet fitness I've been to, this has to be one of the worst ones. Almost all of the treadmills are broken in various degrees. Dirty bathrooms as well. Average but dated equipment.

It's always a problem working out the elderly lady that works there at night time always make sure theres a problem. I dont even know why would a company hired such person.It's very disappointing...
