Used to be a great store to do business with. Now when the owners aren't there the employees are rude and don't care. Owners don't respond to complaints.

I have nothing but praise for this Pinch a Penny. Obviously prices for everything have gone through the roof but that's with everything, especially chemicals. 5 years ago I fired the pool...

Bought a pool lounge chair two years ago. The matting on the chair wore out and we went to Pinch a Penny on Immokalee Road to get a replacement. Waited for 3 to 4 weeks and never heard from them....
