Philip Michael Cullen, III has been providing legal advice and representation to South Florida men and women for more than thirty years. Mr. Cullen is admitted to practice before both the Federal and Florida State Courts. His trial practice is principally concentrated in the area of employment law. Mr. Cullen has successfully represented people in wrongful discharge and discrimination cases, whistle blower act matters, minimum wage and overtime claims, and polygraph protection act cases. He has represented federal, state and local government employees before administrative agencies and the courts and has counseled employees with respect to employment contracts and noncompete agreements.
