either they're understaffed or just lazy.. i sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes no movement or any sign of urgency and there was only 3 cars in line. I usually love their food but i didn't get...

Normally I'm a fan of Panera but this past time not so much. I wanted to order a salad one evening but the salad bar was already closed. Instead, I ordered a chicken and avocado sandwich to go....

This location is HORRIBLE! Your order is never right, the staff is not friendly, and the food is tasteless. My last three orders have been an utter disgrace.
