I really enjoyed this spot. Great, reasonably priced coffee and snacks. A cool place to stop in on a hot day. I tried the PCC latte and grabbed a sausage biscuit, then got a bit of work done....

Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches friendly staff quite with back ground music nice little family shop with unique flavors they create. Prices are fair and the location is peefect for waterviews.
