My wife is handicapped in a wheelchair. The owner/Manger sort of Insinuated I go elsewhere. Transferring my wife which I am capable he discouraged me. He could maybe have just held the wheel chair...

I have never EVER had such a bad experience with any service provider. 4 women, 4 appointments, 4 mani, pedis, pre booked weeks in advance. waited over an hour with an empty salon to be seated....
