The Housing Division is a part of the Department of Community Development of the city of Miami. It offers a variety of housing programs to low- and moderate-income residents. The division provides various housing programs for first-time homebuyers. It also offers a range of single family and rehabilitation programs for homeowners. The division s multi-family affordable rental housing program provides federal, state, and local funding to private developers. The Housing Division is based in Miami.
