A vigorous yet mindfull practice helping you breath, balance, strengthen and build confidence. We are Certified teachers Vinyassa, Vin and Prenatle yoga. We have Pre-teen and teen events. It is a great non judgmental safe friendly place. Be with women from all levels. So, be yourself fee free. Your first class only $5. Private individual and Private group lessons available.
