Horrible response from staff Never can get them to answer the phone Whenever you get an appt they want you to meet with a PA not the doctor

Absolutely under no circumstances let Dr Novak near you with Botox. He has messed me up so bad on two different occasions and it took months to wear off and I am absolutely miserable.
