Barbara J Coffey, MD, M.S. is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She has held the position of Chief of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry since October 1, 2017 and Director of the University of Miami Tourette Association of America (TAA) Center of Excellence since July 1, 2019. Dr Coffey is an internationally recognized specialist in tics, Tourette's Disorder and related disorders, such as ADHD and OCD.

Dr Samuel Mowerman obtained his medical degree from the Escuela de Medicina ,Universidad del Valle, Cali, Colombia and completed an Internship at the University Hospital, also in Cali, Colombia. He completed his Residency in Psychiatry at Central Islip State Hospital, and New York School of Psychiatry Program of Medical Psychotherapy at University settings. He has 55 years of post residency experience in Psychiatrydivided between New York and Miami practices.Dr Mowerman was a Senior Attending Psychiatrist and Assistant Director for partial hospital services at the Zucker-Hillside Hospital part of Long Island Jewish in N.Y. He was for 16 yearsAssistant Professor at Albert Eisnstein School of Medicine in N.Y.
