A commercial construction division was established in 2000 to address South Florida's growing need for superior commercial builders as well. We had been brought in too many times to fix projects that had been failing due to poor construction management. Although there are many contractors who can get the building part done, they could not manage the business end and control costs and schedules. After reviving several projects we decided that if there was independent project management representing the owners need, there would be more successful Contractor /Owner relationships.
