Combining rustic old-world woods, a 60’s throwback bar, the New York Post voted Moreno's Cuba Mojitos one of the top ten in Miami, and the culinary ethos based around Cuban classics, Moreno’s Cuba transports guests into the laid back lifestyle where Old-Havana meets Miami's Wynwood Art District vibe. Created by Latin Grammy Award-Winning singer, Jorge Moreno, Moreno's pays homage to the stories, music, décor and tastes that were passed down from his family, while mixing with his own, being raised in Miami. The Cuban Café and Cocktail Lounge concept was developed around an authentic Havana speakeasy that Moreno’s grand uncle, Jorge Sanchez Villar, owned during the Cuban Revolution. The service aspect comes from Moreno’s grandfather, who ran a restaurant in the famous Hotel Nacional in Havana, so it should come as no surprise that every item served is the quintessential Cuban fare. A great plate, perfectly mixed cocktail, amazing music and ambiance makes Moreno's Cuba a special place.
