Check the hours before going - the library system is being underfunded and many libraries are being slated to be closed. Hours for regionals may be reduced down to three days a week and branches...

This library has plenty of computers but not enough tables to just sit and read or study. It allows tutoring of children. Its annoying for when you just want a quiet space to study for a test.
