I needed a charge on my phone and they were extremely helpful. Young lady behind the counter showed me several new phones while mine charged. She really knew the different models.

I felt discrimination. Was flagged on my security questions. But they were correct. Was then put on the phone with security people,who never asked me any questions, just denied my transaction....
