This doctor office it's kind of fake service and office stuffs are rude and unprofessional. I had appointment 3:35 and keep waiting over three hours. No one call me for check in.

Don't do it. They'll send you to the health department for blood work, tell you it's 100% covered, and you'll wake up $5K+ in collections with ruined credit.
