Melissa Guanche, M.D., is the director of interventional spine care at Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute. Dr. Tolchin is Board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, with a subspecialty in spinal cord injury medicine and pain medicine. He is also a Fellow of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Tolchin has been part of clinical trials on prosthetics and the treatment of combat-related brain injuries. His research has been published extensively in medical journals and he has presented findings at numerous national physician education meetings.
