Locally owned St. Cloud BBQ. We slow smoke our meat till fall apart tender. Its carved when you order it and you get to dress it with sauce as you like. No pre saucing here! Great tasting BBQ that is consistently perfect and alludes are tasty except collards (we like plain collards with pot liquor no extra chopped veggies in the collards) bacon or ham okay.
