Ladies on the night shift are nice but are incompetent. They seem to choose the most difficult option that inconveniences the customer when solving a problem. Yikes.

Saw a HUGE rat go up through a pipe into their ceiling while approaching the drive thru window. The manager laughed when I reported it to him.
