The staff seem to have changed again, food quality/wait time/pleasant customer service has been going down. McD seems to have changed the 'pancake' used for McGriddles...not only are they smaller...

I guess one of the employees got a free lunch today. Didn't get all of the food I ordered. Ordered a cheeseburger meal. Didn't get the cheeseburgers. Happens a lot. Some employees are nice, others...
