the food is good but the people behind the bar at maki san are beyond rude - third time it's happened and the shit attitude may be the last time I give them a cent.

Got a blue crab (upgrade) hand roll and a platter. The blue crab was a nice offer, but otherwise they had a very limited selection of sushi. Fish was fresh yet the rice quality was a little below...

I have been to the Citadel plenty of time, but I had never tried the sushi until Friday! I am so glad I did! Maki is just another one of the wonderful food spots inside the Citadel. I loved both...

I give this place a 5 and all I had was the hamachi crispy rice! That's how impressed I was by the flavor! I will be back to try every other crispy rice on the menu and more !

The best poke in Miami, hands down! Maki San is my favorite poke place, ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Their portions are a good size so unless you are starving, I wouldn't recommend...
