Better security for tenants. It's NOT ok for someone to steal belongings off of your porch. Especially if they are neighbors. Nothing gets resolved. And you'll never get your belongings back....

I would like to rate it higher, but the apartment itself is just not worth it. Everything in the apartment is outdated. I didn't got a chance to see the unit I would move into before the entry...

I would not recommend living here. Cockroaches are everywhere, all the appliances and hardware in the house is old and falls apart. They come in and half-fix anything that you request maintaiance...
