Provided entertainment for them for five months without one invoice being paid. Countless emails and telephone calls both to Jupiter and to main office in NY. Nothing but runarounds and hang ups....

The first thing is again hire a qualified staff and that goes from the nursing all the way down to the CNA terrible very rude with the few exceptions I am getting a hard time for my pain...

This place is a scam. It should be shut down. No towels for residents. No sheets for the bed. Nasty nurses and aides, who are virtually non-existent. Nobody at the nurses' station for hours....
