Let Them Eat Cake was founded by Chef Michael Baugh and later joined by Chef Jason Lucas. Chef Michael specializes in everything sweet and Chef Jason specializes in the cuisine side of the business. Both chefs are classically trained.

Let Them Eat Cake Specializes in Gourmet Cakes, Wedding Cakes, Full Service Catering to include Upscale Buffets and Plated Dinners. We also have a cooking school for both kids and adults. The cooking school caters to private classes as well as classes to the public.
