Established in 1958, New Horizons of the Treasure Cost is a nonprofit organization providing mental health care services to children and adults. It provides a wide range of services, such as residential and home-based care, treatment of adult substance abuse, mental health care and adult case management services. Its emergency services include screening and assessment, adult crisis stabilization and substance abuse and alcohol detoxification. It additionally provides outpatient psychotherapy and treatment of psychiatric patients. The organization offers specialized programs for both children and adults, such as treatment for depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol addiction, attention problems and hypertension disorders.
