As a 25-year resident of Volusia County, he has dedicated his career to providing his clients with caring and competent service while keeping them informed and up to date on the processes involved with their cases. He represents clients living in the Florida counties of Volusia, Lake, Flagler and Seminole. Over the years, Mr. Eckert has filed over two thousand bankruptcy cases, both personal and business. He has handled and defended against hundreds of lawsuits on behalf of clients; including actions to collect debts, foreclosures, repossessions, garnishments, evictions, contract and leases.
