Andrew W. Horn, Esq. is truly a lawyer for the people. A major focus of the sole practitioner is to maintain a personal, accessible atmosphere for his clients. He specializes in personal injury, complex commercial and domestic litigation, as well as sports law. In his personal injury cases, Horn represents the victims' interests. On the complex commercial litigation side of his practice, he represents both plaintiffs and defendants. On the sports law side he represents the players and the organizations, and in family law matters he represents Husbands or Wives. He has been awarded the Martindale-Hubbell peer review AV rated designation that only 10 of lawyers in the United States have earned. Horn has been practicing law since 1971. When he established his own firm in 1974, it was with the idea that clients would be able to talk to him easily and directly. He wanted to provide individualized legal services for all of his clients. At times, Horn has represented major companies list ed on the New York Stock Exchange, but he decided not to pursue that avenue. Instead, he and his staff of three represent a wide range of local, regional and international clients, all of whom appreciate the personal service they receive from the firm. Horn plans to keep it that way.
