Located in Coconut Creek, Fla., the center offers state-of-the-art equipment as well as a heated lap pool, whirlpool spa and saunas, to name a few. If I am being honest, LA Fitness was a bit dark and rundown for my taste. The pool seem to be dirty, and the tiles were old in the women's locker room and leading out to the pool. Not only that...

The best times to go are early in the morning before 9am and midday around 1pm. Not packed, most equipments are readily available and the gym is clean. No distractions and overcrowding. Friendly...
