Fitness Rocks! offers custom Personal Training, one-hour sessions dedicated to you and designed to meet your goals. Fees are based on the number of sessions purchased and are available for one person or two. Fitness Rocks also offers Boot Camps which are 45-minute group classes are held four days per week. The drop-in rate is only $10/class. All fitness levels are welcome!
