In 1963, Interscience Research and Engineering was founded by R Scott Grybek to provide consulting services to a variety of clients in materials failure, chemical specialties formulation and testing, institutional and food plant sanitation, and insurance loss investigation. In 1972, the company was reorganized as "Interscience, Inc." with an emphasis on loss investigation and failure analysis. In 1990, Interscience, Inc became an employee owned company. Scott Grybek remains on staff as Senior Technical and Materials Specialist concentrating on fire consulting and indoor environmental microbiology and chemistry. Interscience personnel are experienced in field investigations and in litigation where our abilities are well known. We have been involved in thousands of projects throughout the United States and in many foreign countries. Officers and Associates of Interscience, Inc are members in organizations related to the field of forensic science and engineering. Long term professional society memberships have helped key personnel remain current with the rapid changes taking place in science and technology. Crowe opened our Tampa office in 2005 to serve existing retail dealership clients located in the greater Tampa Bay area. In 2007, we expanded our Tampa presence after combining practices with Carter, Belcourt & Atkinson, P.A. (CBA). Today, our Tampa accounting office provides thorough and reliable services to a wide range of automobile, marine, and recreational vehicle dealership clients.
