Hi, I'm Kat! I was born and raised in Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Anthropology. After college, I spent time studying in India and then teaching English in South Korea before coming to Gainesville with my husband, Greg, as he completed his residency at the University of Florida. While here, I fell in love with the city and was thrilled when we were able to stay when he was offered a position at the VA Hospital. I started my real estate career because I genuinely love helping people. I bring honesty, diligence, and thoughtfulness into what I do each and every day.
