Travis Licht took my $1,500 deposit (1/2 down) on the 6th of Oct and never installed a fence and WILL NOT return my deposit. Looks like it will be small claims court?

They came fast...gave estimate. Took my $925 deposit. Won't return calls...time for class action suit!!
