Jason's Vacation Rentals started in 2016 where Jason Mentored under real estate entrepreneurs and studied the real estate business. In 2017 Jason became a REALTOR & purchased his first short term / long term rental property to remodel & turn into a vacation rental. Building & managing luxury vacation rentals seemed a perfect way to express his creativity & manage an ethical business that provided joy to others. Jason's Vacation Rentals offers themed rental homes that are child & dog-friendly. These vacation rentals come fully stocked for cooking and are ready to take on the snowbirds & family vacations they were purpose-built for. In 2019 Jason launched the DIY Vacation Rentals Channel on YouTube where he shares videos of his rentals and his experiences of acquiring, renovating, renting and managing vacation homes.
