I am giving them one star. They really deserve -5 stars. These guys are bunch of crooks. They charge to pull your boxes off a shelf and charge you additional fees to hand over the box to you....

We have had the worst time working with this company! If you want to store boxes somewhere and leave them on a shelf forever, then it is cheap option, but the minute you try to do anything else...
