Howard B. Jackson, MD

Dr. Bernasek is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and fellowship trained in adult reconstruction. Prior to becoming a founding member of Florida Orthopaedic Institute, Dr. Bernasek received his medical training at the Creighton University College of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska, and completed his orthopedic residency training at the University of New Mexico. After residency, Dr. Bernasek completed a fellowship in joint replacement and adult reconstruction at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Dr. Radnay is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery as well as sports medicine and arthritic disorders of the knee. He previously served as Director and attending orthopedic surgeon at the Insall Scott Kelly Institute for Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in New York City. He was also a clinical assistant professor at NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital and Director of the Foot and Ankle service at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, New York.

Dr. Dilbert "Trey" Remaley is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He also holds a Certificate of Additional Qualities in Orthopedic Sports Medicine from the American Osteopathic Board. Dr. Remaley specializes in all things related to sports medicine. In addition, he sees patients for complex issues related to hips, knees, and shoulders, including joint replacements related to these disorders. Dr. Remaley enjoys taking care of patients of all ages and activity levels. He believes that educating patients and ensuring they feel listened to and heard is vital to the best outcome. He believes in working as a team with the patient and other care providers to provide the best opportunity for patients to return to their daily activities and work as soon as possible.
