Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida

Physicians Primary Care of Southwest Florida is a physician-owned medical care organization that employs a staff of more than 45 practitioners. It provides healthcare services to newborns, children, teenagers, adults and seniors. The organization specializes in internal medicine, family practice, obstetrics, gynecology and pediatrics. Formed in 1996, Physicians Primary Care of Southwest Florida maintains a diagnostic clinical testing laboratory that offers ultrasound, mammography, X-ray and dexa scan services. The organization maintains one of its facilities in Fort Myers, Fla., and accepts payment through various medical insurance plans.

Hope PACE helps seniors who want to remain independent and continue living in their own home. Upon enrollment, participants receive all of their health care services through Hope PACE, including medical care, prescription drugs and free transportation.
