Harold Bivins Jr., MD

Dr. Bivins is a maternal-fetal medicine specialist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. He sees patients at All Children’s Specialty Physicians Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Trinity. He joined the medical staff in 2025. He was most recently a maternal-fetal medicine specialist with AdventHealth Tampa. Dr. Bivins earned his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia. He completed an internship and residency at Medical Center of Central Georgia/Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mercer University School of Medicine. He then completed a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
