Our Gran Forno Bakery, established in 2002, has won numerous awards for the range and quality of its products. Among these are a variety of authentic Italian breads, like our Award Winning Ciabatta, cookies, panini, focaccia and pastries. Our talented Italian bakery team has now opened an authentic Italian restaurant, Gran Forno Pronto. The restaurant has the look and feel of a bustling Roman trattoria. It is the best of Italian eating—informal, attractive decor, tasty and healthy food, and modest prices. The coffee we serve is premium—illy—the leading coffee of Europe—enhanced by a variety of Italian pastries and cookies. The food is a selection of classic pizzas from our Neopolitan wood fired oven, a variety of Panini (sandwiches) and Bruschetta, made with our award winning Ciabatta bread. The Lasagna bolognese, Melanzane alla parmigiana (eggplant) and veal polpette (meatballs) are home made. The restaurant offers beer, wine, and a variety of other drinks.
