had May 29th 1:00 pm appointment, had several text msg reminders. at 1:00 no one was there. at 1:10 still no one. I called all the numbers in their phone tree, no one answered.

This was my first visit at this office and I was extremely shocked and left very confused!!! I have to continue going here because of my HMO insurance, so I will hold on to any further comments...
