Gator's Dockside

The Gator s Dockside restaurant chain started with one neighborhood restaurant in Florida in May 1991. The success of this first restaurant inspired the owners Paul Cipparone and John Foerst to expand its operations throughout north, south and central Florida including locations in Jacksonville, Kissimmee, Ocoee, Orlando, Apopka, Lake Mary, Winter Springs, Orange City, Port St. Lucie, Tampa and Gainesville, Fla. The restaurant is a neighborhood casual sports-themed restaurants cater to all walks of life, with emphasis on the sports enthusiast as well as families with children. It features big screen televisions, pool tables, video games as well as signature-grilled wings, a kid s menu, great burgers, hearty sandwiches, ribs, chicken, salads and low-carbohydrate options. Each restaurant location becomes a part of the community it serves through raising money for local charities, schools, youth sports programs as well as football, neighborhood school activities and adult softball teams.
