Frank has 35+ years in the industrial and municipal construction, water pollution control and emergency power systems industries. He also has years of experience with plumbing, electrical maintenance, water system construction and control, as well as, general construction.

We are a full service Florida sate licensed and insured home inspection service / home watch service. We service the Northeast section of Floridia including the counties of St Johns, Duval, Volusia, Putnam and Flagler. We do traditional home inspections, Wind Mitigation Reports, Four Point Inspections, Water Testing and Indoor Air quality testing including mold inspections. We can perform energy audits and testing for any defective in the building envelope. We offer Thermographic imaging on almost every inspection. In most circumstances we can deliver the inspection reports the same day as the inpsection
