Gangchu is a casual dining concept in historic Seminole Heights heavily focusing on chimaek. Pronounced "chi-mek", this is literally the pairing of Korean fried chicken and beer. At Gangchu we serve crispy fried chicken and other Korean street-food inspired options that may be shared by many or simply enjoyed alone. Not vegetarian friendly despite what Yelp says and what they used to serve in the past. The parking spots are very narrow also.
