There rates are crazy and too high all year long! I hope the company CEO and other executives enjoy there nice pay raises on the poor people of Florida! I don't know why they keep letting them...

What an inefficient system they have. Pay on time - check goes to Philidephia for processing, then gets sent to Florida where they charge you a late fee because Philidephia cant get their act...
