Florida PACE Centers at Miami Jewish Health is the oldest and most experienced PACE program in Florida, offering a comprehensive healthcare program and personalized care for older adults who qualify for nursing home care but prefer to live independently in their own community. With a background exclusively specialized in geriatric health and elder care, Florida PACE Centers provides coordinated healthcare services and social engagement to meet the needs of the community.

Participants must be at least 55 years old, live in the service area, and be eligible for nursing home care but able to live safely at home or in the community with support from Florida PACE Centers. Absolutely the worst experience ever. When you visit with your parent they provide a great show; however, when u enroll them it is a nightmare . O don't know how folks send their loved ones there....
