The Miami-Dade County Department of Procurement Management manages in excess of 1,100 active contracts valued at approximately $3 billion dollars. Each year, the DPM negotiates and awards contracts that exceed $900 million dollars for the purchase of goods and services for the county's nearly 50 departments and more than 15 offices.
