Got my family about $55,000 when the carrier offered us nothing. The carrier stated it was below deductible. Travis Baldeo was my adjuster and he came strongly recommended.

Not worth the money. They don't honor their warranty plans. They don't answer the phone.

Would give a 0 star of that is an option. Will not honor claims. If you buy furniture from Ashley Furniture, stay far away from the Diamond Care Plus package it covers nothing.
