Pre ordering is probably a good idea at this location. Firehouse is one of my 3 star sandwich place against which all others are judged. The other is Publix subs. Solid toasted club on a sub....

Talk about bad customer service. Whoever took my order didn't know what they were doing also the rudeness was too much. I should have them make my order and not go pick it up but I don't waste...
