Fidelity has continued to mess things up and there is no one to talk to who has any authority. Had to retitle an account -- my name and address were clearly on the forms. A back office person...

I have had a good experience with the Jacksonville office, so far I am happy with their service. It is the closest to Palm Coast, if it was closer I may have visited more often.
