Just don't rent from them. I picked up a dirty car that smelled like cigarettes. They had my reservation wrong as I was to drop off at a second location and then informed me of an additional fee....

Service at counter is always sooo slow and cars are mediocre. I rented on November 13 and was given a raggedy car with no key remote. The tires were practically bald and the inside was not clean.

While I was pleased in the past I recently was given a car st ghe Orlando Airport location that was unsafe...the hood was not latched and flew up when I was driving down the road at posted speed...
