Elaine Brantley, DO

Karem Alvarez, MD, is an obgyn who practices in Plant City, Lithia, Gibsonton and Brandon, FL. She is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist in the Tampa Bay area. Dr. Alvarez was a four-year National Medical Fellowship scholarship recipient at New York Medical College and was selected to serve as chief resident while completing her residency at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies in Orlando. She has special interests in minimally-invasive gynecology, high-risk obstetrics, infertility, and adolescent gynecologic care. Dr. Alvarez is also certified to perform da Vinci robotic surgeries and accepting new patients.

Dr. Jones earned her medical degree at Medical College of Ohio and served her residency at Bethesda North Hospital in Maryland. During her residency, she became the Chief Administrative Resident for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Ignacio Armas, MD, is the President and founding member of Women's Care, one of the largest single specialty obstetrics and gynecology practice in the US. He is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and has an advanced certification in laparoscopic surgery by the Accreditation Council for Gynecologic Endoscopy. Dr. Armas has a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, advanced pelvic reconstruction surgery, and female urinary incontinence surgery. He also has an interest in menopause management and often speaks in the field of bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. He has been treating patients with bio-identical hormones since 1986. Dr. Armas has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology since 1982.
