First time using this company and I was surprised immediately after pulling in about the self pre wash. I decided to skip it since I went to a car wash I'm paying for with purpose, not to do it...

they made cars stop to clean the whole before entering the washing line, using a broom making a line that goes all the way to the street and making u waste time, 6 cars ahead of me made turn...

Staff is always friendly, the wash program per month is a great price. Had an issue months ago and they resolved it right there. If you live close this is your spot.

Despite staff saying they would cover damage and their staff documenting it, have not been contacted by their corporate headquarters in Miami.

This company has big problem about drying the car. Every location is same. You have to use at least 10 towels to dry it.
